How do I place an order in the Pastorwine online store?

Browse our website using our menu/shop to choose a category or our search tool to search for a specific product.

The products will be displayed based on the selection you make. After finding the product you want, you just have to consult its specifications, indicate the quantity and click the "Buy" button.

By clicking the "Buy" button you added the product to the shopping cart.

Repeat this process until you have all the products you want.

Once you have all the products you want in your cart, you can complete your purchase as a registered customer or as a guest.

Registered customer
Registering at Pastorwine is very simple. Only the data necessary for us to send and invoice your order will be requested, such as name, address and telephone number. As a registered customer, you have the advantage of being able to access your customer account to check the status of your order, view previous orders and add items to Wishlist.

Guest
If you choose to place an order as a guest, you will only be asked for essential data so that we can place your order. In this modality, we do not keep your data registered for future orders. If you want to place another order, you will have to enter your details again.

Once these steps have been completed, you just have to choose the shipping and payment method and finalize your order.

Both as a registered customer and as a guest, you will receive an order confirmation email and throughout the order progress process, you will be informed of its status.


How to check the cart?

Click on the cart icon, which is located at the top right of the page.

Here you can check all the products you have already added to your cart, remove products, change the number of units, enter a discount code or other promotional code.

Products added to the cart are not reserved. They are only reserved after order confirmation and payment.


What payment methods are available?

The payment methods available at Pastorwine are Bank Transfer and Paypal.

In the Bank Transfer payment method, the data is sent to your email after completing the order. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will need to send proof of payment to our email.

In the Paypal payment method, the debit will be made when the order is finalized, being forwarded to the secure PayPal page. On the PayPal website, carry out authentication where you must already have an account created and an associated credit card.


How can I know the status of my order?

After placing your order at Pastorwine, you will receive updates on the status of your order in your email.

The first email is your order confirmation, where you can check the products you ordered and shipping details. At this stage you can request rectifications to your order.

The second email is the paid order confirmation. At this stage you can still request rectifications to your order as long as the value does not change.

The third email is confirmation that your order is being processed. At this stage we are already processing your order, gathering the products for packaging and preparing for shipping.

The fourth email is confirmation that your order has been shipped. In this email we include the object number so that you can track it on the carrier's website.

If you placed your order as a registered customer, you will be able to check the status of your order in your customer account.

If you placed your order as a Guest, you will only receive an update on your order status via email.

If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check if it is in the "Spam/Unsolicited Mail" folder or contact us so that we can send you the information you need.


What are the shipping times, delivery options and costs?

Shipping:
The expected deadline for preparing and shipping products is 1-2 working days, after stock confirmation.

Deliveries to Portugal:

The shipment of orders is carried out by a carrier.

- The delivery service has an estimated timeframe of 2-5 business days for mainland Portugal and 5-15 business days for the islands, after the order has been shipped.

Deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm.

International Deliveries:

For Europe and the rest of the world, it will depend a little on the delivery service in each country.
On average for European countries, the expected delivery time is 7-15 business days and the rest of the world 15-40 business days.

There may be cases where shipping to certain countries is not viable or possible, in these cases we reserve the right to cancel the order, refunding the amount paid to the customer.

The shipping and delivery times indicated above are forecasts, and there may be delays depending on the time of year.
We emphasize that, despite all our efforts to dispatch orders on time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, once the order is in the possession of the carrier.

The exact cost of each delivery will depend on the number of products and the country of delivery.

For orders worth 79.00Eur or more, we offer the option of free shipping to mainland Portugal.


What is Wishlist?


Use Wishlist to create a list of your favorite products.

To do this, you just need to register on our page, browse our catalog and click on the heart of the products you liked most.

This way you will create a list, which you can consult at any time, by clicking on “Wishlist” located at the top of the page on the right.

On Wishlist you have the option to delete products or add them to the cart to order them.

The products you add to the Wishlist are not reserved.
